Meet Chenyi Zhao
Chenyi Zhao is a registered, award-winning landscape architect celebrated for her minimalist style, crisp design lines, and ability to merge creativity with constructability. She transforms each client's site, vision, and budget into sleek, ready-to-build landscapes.
A graduate of the University of Melbourne with a Master’s in Landscape Architecture (2014), Chenyi has contributed to major infrastructure and urban projects across Victoria, including the Level Crossing Removal, Melbourne Airport Rail, and the Commonwealth Games Village.
With over a decade of experience, her portfolio spans residential gardens to large-scale civic developments. Recognised with AILA Victoria Awards for Design Excellence in 2020 and 2022, Chenyi recently led the design of the 2026 Commonwealth Games Geelong Athletic Village, collaborating with top developers like Lendlease and Dennis Family Corporation.
