Founded by a team of University of Melbourne–trained landscape architects, LAVS has contributed to major infrastructure and urban projects across Victoria, including the Level Crossing Removal Program, Melbourne Airport Rail, and the Commonwealth Games Village.
Spanning residential gardens to large-scale civic developments, the studio’s portfolio reflects a commitment to clarity, innovation, and technical excellence. Recognised with multiple AILA Victoria Awards for Design Excellence in 2020 and 2022, LAVS recently led the landscape design for the 2026 Commonwealth Games Geelong Athletic Village in collaboration with leading developers such as Lendlease and the Dennis Family Corporation.
